Laguna Phuket’s latest property offering the hotel branded Angsana Beachfront Residences has sold 60% of the project within one month  of project launch.With 30  units, a condominium offering and hotel rental option, the offering has been an instant hit amongst buyers.

There has been a combination of direct developer sales and third party agents who have been generating the deal flow. Given that average pricing point is well over a million and a half US dollars for units, demand has remained strong. Much has to be back to the key selling proposition location location location.

Unobstructed views of Bangtao Bay overlooking Phuket’s West Coast is certainly the catalyst. Add in an experienced developer and broad infrastructure in the Laguna destination resort the success has been a given but the sales pace has been a surprise event to local real estate market watchers.

For many they are now wondering what the developer will do next on the heels of such a high-profile sales effort. This year’s high season property market has by all accounts gained traction over the past few weeks and momentum is expected to carry over to Chinese New Year.
