The Strand Thonglor win the prize in Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-22

The Strand Thonglor, an extra luxury condominium from “One.Six Development”, achieved the “Residential High-Rise Development Thailand” award-winning from Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-22.                                      

Ms. Thanyatip Chearavanont, the CO-Founder and CEO of One.Six Development Corporation Limited proudly proclaimed, “One.Six Development is very pleased to be nominated and won another award after launching the project. Also, we appreciate that the committee praises our ‘Essentially More‘ concept as well as the quality of design and construction materials, resulting in winning the first prize in the Residential High-Rise Development Thailand category.”

The Strand Thonglor is located in Phra Khanong, the heart of Bangkok, and only 1 minute away from Thonglor BTS station. It is a modern innovative mixed-use project development of 188 units across 30 floors. The Asia Pacific Property Award is the largest and most famous prize recognized for 28 years. By this year, the award winners in various fields were announced online on May 28, 2021.
